Who is responsible?
Squibble GmbH, Rossbergstrasse 30, 8310 Kemptthal, Switzerland, is responsible for this marketing website. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email hello@squibble.ch. The signed-in application has a separate data-processing context.
Your early-access request
We collect your email address and consent, plus your name, company and project description if you provide them. Please do not include client secrets or sensitive personal information. We use these details to assess your request, contact you and arrange personal onboarding. The request is not a newsletter subscription or an account registration.
How the form works
Your browser sends a JSON request through this website’s same-origin proxy to Site Services. The server validates the configured fields and stores accepted requests with the consent wording and version, language and a server-generated receipt time. Technical intake metadata includes the request origin, a hashed IP address and a truncated browser user-agent. A browser start time and a hidden field help detect automated submissions; that start time is not evidence of when consent was received.
Access and follow-up
Authorised Squibble operators process requests and may contact you by email. The operator workflow can include an internal inbox and an email notification when configured. We do not promise an automatic receipt. An accepted API response alone does not confirm notification delivery or an invitation. Infrastructure and email providers process data as needed to operate these services. We do not sell form data.
Legal basis and withdrawal
We process the early-access request on the basis of your consent and, where applicable, steps you request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)). Necessary operational processing serves our legitimate interest in running the website (Article 6(1)(f)). Swiss data-protection law applies; the GDPR applies where its territorial conditions are met. You can withdraw consent by emailing hello@squibble.ch, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Retention
Our intended early-access policy is to retain requests for no longer than 365 days and suspected spam for seven days. These periods and the deletion process must be configured and verified before the form is activated. You can request earlier deletion by emailing hello@squibble.ch. Follow-up correspondence may be retained while needed for the conversation or a resulting relationship, and longer where legal retention duties apply.
Website analytics
When enabled, we use self-hosted Umami through /insights.js and /insights/api/send on this domain. We measure pageviews and four interactions: access-link clicks, sign-in clicks, form starts and accepted submissions. Events include the page language, never form values. Our integration removes URL queries, fragments and referrers from analytics payloads. Umami does not require tracking cookies. Your browser still sends technical connection information to the proxy and analytics service.
Technical operation
Requests pass through hosting and reverse-proxy infrastructure, which processes connection data such as IP address, time and response status for delivery and troubleshooting. Marketing nginx does not write access logs or record request bodies. Upstream infrastructure has its own operational logs. No customer account or authentication cookie is required to use this contact form.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or your competent supervisory authority.
